Support medicine

Katura
Hi everyone. Hope we’re all feeling grounded and supported [or are getting there :-)]

Wondering you’re using for support during this intense time. Any specific meditations, affirmations, oils, etc?  I’m using Higher Self spray and oil right now.

First and foremost for me, i'm limiting my time on social media because every time I log on, I find myself getting pulled into a reality that's not even my own.

I've just been bringing more attention to my body and my thoughts. At this time, I've felt really called to face my compulsive behaviors and so I've just been working on bringing more awareness into what I'm feeling and the sensations that arise all throughout the day and then taking a moment to sit with those feelings rather than numbing out and just eating when I'm not even really hungry.

I'm meditating more just for "energy maintenance" to keep myself vibrating at that level that I need. I just do a breath focused mediation.

If find myself feeling anxious, I'll do some EFT tapping.

& I've been drinking a lot of nettle tea and spending time in the sun at the park with my feet in the grass (when it's not raining here).

Solid on morning rituals right now. Making sure to get outside, barefoot. No refined sugar/eating healthy, thought that's not "new" since sugar is so hard on the immune system in cold/flu season. I also regularly make/take elderberry syrup, use colloidal silver, lots of tea (ginger, nettle, echinacea, clove, etc).

I forget often about EFT, that's a good reminder.

I practice kundalini yoga, so in the last week have been making sure to add in asana (movements/postures) to move the lymph (it doesn't move on its own, WE have to move it)....shoulder shrugs, arm circles, raise/lower arms, leg lifts, etc., keep it flowing.

I also set a timer on my phone to remind me to stop/meditate/recalibrate through the day.

Hi,

I love the community and these responses! I've been very selective as far as who I am tuning into vibrationally. I realize that calibrating and maintaining my vibrational connection to Source frees me from seeking validation or reassurance where it cannot be found (my parents, on Youtube, etc.).

There is a deep love and trust in my safety and recognition of profound gratitude for being here able to participate in this discussion. I see the world immersed in light, in joy and ease with love radiating around us and happiness showering us.

Here's a meditation I made for myself:

In your body, feel what it feels like to be you. Taking deep breaths, fully sink into the ease of this moment in time. Every passing breath is the confirmation that you’ve been kept alive continuously since birth, what a magical thing! You are a whole, complete, loved, beautiful, peaceful, spark of Divine light- how wonderful! Open your eyes to the life that is here, my treasured Divine beloved.
