Hey guys! So Ive been doing some womb work lately dn I was told during my moon cycle a lot could come up. I however wasn't aware that my skin would flare up so bad.. I have a huge patch , cluster of breakouts almost rash like on my cheeks and spreading all over my face and shoulders ..its painful and itchy.. it came on ironically right as my period was coming on.. any suggestions .. bc clearly I had a lot to clear .. but my face hurts!!! :'(
