Salaam (Peace)!
I just wanted to introduce myself as I am new to this community. I signed up last month, but I was in the middle of packing to move from Maine to Chicago, IL. Now that I am here and finally settled I look forward to getting to know you all, and being part of this community. My first class that I was able to attend was the Sufi Poetry Writing Workshop! I absolutely loved it, and I look forward to attending more classes, inshallah (God willing)! What a difference it is to be part of the "live" classes compared to watching it after the fact. I was so hesitant to sign up for this community two months ago, and I realized that I was afraid to 'move past' the struggle. I am very excited to learn from you all!
