I've been spiraling through hard lessons for a while now. Mostly because I haven't been solidifying my meditation practice and life rituals. I'm in the process of a major clean up. Both my physical and spiritual. I'm setting down a lot of things in order to get right. It's very humbling.
I've been having lucid dreams where I am with past characters in my life having what I feel is a "end of life" review. Included are usually everyone involved in the drama, and we have an atonement moment.
I also, throughout the day, have random thoughts of situations in my life where I wasn't in integrity due to an unconscious program. It keeps regressing back in time until I get to the root of the pattern.
It's a gigantic purge of all kinds. It occurred to me today that this kind of partial ego death is the working through of karma now, so that ascension can take place without actual death. It is incredible.
I have so much gratitude and compassion for this school and everyone that is here doing the work. Shit is rough. It is a great reprieve to be navigating this with all of you while under the spell that is separation.
